7.2 United States Small Business Administration (SBA)
The SBA oversees the Federal SBIR and STTR programs. The SBA has resources that small businesses can take advantage of in learning about the program and obtaining help in developing a proposal or a completed proposal package for a Federal SBIR/STTR program. 7.3 National Technical Information Service
The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) is an agency of the Department of Commerce and is the Federal Government's largest central resource for Government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business-related information.
