Debriefings will be automatically e-mailed to the Business Official within 60 days for all Phase 1 proposal submissions. If your e-mail address has changed or if you have not received your debriefing by January 19, 2005, please contact us in writing, by e-mail, mail or fax, to the SBIR/STTR Program Support Office (contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honored. Written debriefings, which include the comments of the evaluators, will be sent only to the Business Official designated in the proposal.
