Debriefings for Phase I proposals submitted in response to the 2012 SBIR/STTR solicitations will be emailed to offerors by June 3, 2013. If your e-mail address has changed or if you have not received your debriefing by this date, please contact us in writing, by e-mail, mail or fax, to the SBIR/STTR Program Support Office (contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honored. Written debriefings, which include the comments of the evaluators, will be sent only to the Business Official designated in the proposal. Address to:
