Kathleen Gilpin

Kathleen Gilpin is the Director of National Engagement for Academic Partnership Engagement Experiment (APEX) at Wright State Research Institute (WSRI). She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology, Master’s degree in National Security studies from the Naval War College, and Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She continued her training as a post-doctoral fellow at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and worked as a staff scientist in the Warfighter Readiness Division of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
