    • Proved that secure internet-based real-time audio and data communications are reliable and useful for routine NASA payload operations.
    • Extended existing telephony-based voice switch technology utilizing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
    • Simplified experimenter telemetry monitoring and increased mobility utilizing Web client-server technology.
    • Allowed users to be distributed throughout North America utilizing Internet rather than leased communications lines.

    • SBIR Phase III Internet Voice Distribution System (IVoDS) developed and deployed, supporting 200 simultaneous International Space Station experimenters and payload support personnel.
    • EZStream™ telemetry monitoring system utilized in Space Station Earth Tour museum exhibit viewed by tens of thousands of patrons.
    • Developed collaboration systems customization and integration capabilities to support business and healthcare applications.
