heat dissipation and reduces thermal expansion mismatch between the board and the integrated circuit components

qualification tested by Boeing Commercial Space Systems
- Manufacturing process developed and
transitioned to production at a commercial manufacturing facility

COMMERCIALIZATION
- AMT has sold all rights to this technology.
Thermal Works, Inc. now owns the technology
- Approximately $400K has been authorized
and spent to conduct qualification life tests
- Alliance between AMT and Thermal Works, Inc.
was formed for servicing the commercial and military markets
- Thermal Works has spent over $1.5M on
manufacturing development of the production process
- Primary commercial interest
to date is from high tech data storage, cell phones, graphic cards,
and all wafer level products
