- Simple, low cost, non-capital intensive alternative to
chlorination based water purification systems
- Developed the microbial check valve MCVâ as a means
of preventing back contamination of a drinking water supply by microorganisms

- Product: regenerable MCVâ (RMCV) that utilizes iodinated
resin as a water disinfectant
- NASA patented technology and issued an exclusive license to Umpqua
for mmercialization
- Negotiations with Vector Ventures, Inc. to manufacture and distribute
units in the Vietnam market
- Funding commitments from Vector total $3.8M
