  • Ultrafast has developed and patented an ultrasonic tightening technology to replace the currently used torque tightening method
  • These fasteners reduce product over-design leading to material cost savings with fewer and smaller fasteners and clamp load joint components
  • Assembly time and cost savings from use of low-cost, high-speed impact and impulse tooling

  • Sales are expected to reach $100M within five years
  • Company has formed joint ventures with two major European power tool companies
