Overview

Technology Ventures Corporation is an important contributor in the formation of new businesses built on leading-edge technologies developed at Department of Energy laboratories and in the expansion of existing businesses. It also assists client companies to position themselves to obtain investor interest and funding. TVC identifies technologies with commercial potential, coordinates the development of business and management capabilities and seeks sources of capital investment for the business. TVC also assists defense-dependent enterprises to commercialize technologies through a grant from the Department of Commerce
