Overview
The New Jersey Commission on
Science and Technology is a state agency, working closely with the
Commerce and Economic Growth Commission. Nearly $20 million annually
is targeted on key technology research and development activities,
technology transfer, and business development activities. The Commission
supports a state-wide network of Technology Business Incubators.
The Commission forms partnerships with industry, academia, and government
to catalyze the formation of new industry and enterprise throughout
the state. .

New
Jersey Small Business Development
Centers (NJSBDC)

NJSBDC offers free SBIR proposal writing assistance to New Jersey-based
entrepreneurs. If an entrepreneur has a technology which is a good
fit with a solicitation topic, the NJSBDC will hire a consultant
to work with them to edit, focus or re-write a draft proposal, or
develop a complete proposal from an abstract.
