NASA SBIR/STTR Electronic Handbooks

NASA utilizes a paperless electronic process for management of the SBIR/STTR programs. This management approach requires that a proposing firm have Internet access and an e-mail address. Paper submissions are no longer accepted. Communication between NASA and the firm will be via a combination of electronic handbooks and e-mail.

SBIR/STTR 2008 Phase 1 Proposal Submission EHB	This Electronic Handbook provides firms with the ability to submit SBIR/STTR 2008 Phase 1 proposals. Proposals due NO LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, September 04, 2008
SBIR/STTR Contract Negotiations & Award EHB	This Electronic Handbook provides the Awardee's Authorized Contract Negotiator (ACN) with the ability to electronically complete their Reps and Certs and view the negotiated contract document.
SBIR/STTR Contract Admin. and Closeout EHB	This Electronic Handbook provides the Awardee's Principal Investigators/Officials with the ability to electronically submit Intermediary and Final Deliverables for their SBIR and STTR contracts.
